Description

Nos. 7 and 8 Avondale Place are a pair of houses built in the late 18th century or early 19th century. They are constructed of painted rubble and feature a double Roman tiled roof with a stack on the eaves. The buildings rise to three storeys and have three bays. Each house has two glazing bar sash windows with paired stone surrounds, and there are two modern doors.
