Description

Westbrook Villas comprises a pair of houses dating from the mid-19th century, situated on the south side of High Street, Weston. The houses are constructed from squared limestone rubble with freestone quoins, a platband, and chamfered rusticated architraves. The roofs are slate, hipped in form, with wide eaves and a moulded stack to the party wall and to the left of No. 73.

The houses present a symmetrical three-window facade to two storeys. The upper floors feature six-pane sash windows; the first-floor centre window is blind. The ground floor has six-panel doors with glazed upper sections, set within shallow hoods supported by brackets; both doors have geometric panelling. A slightly set-back left wing to No. 73 has a hipped roof and a single window. The interior of the properties has not been inspected.
