Description

A pair of houses dating from the mid-19th century are located on the north side of High Street in Weston. The buildings are constructed of squared limestone rubble with freestone rusticated quoins, architraves, a ground floor platband, and a plain plaque centred on the first floor. They have a double-pitched slate roof with square stacks located centrally along the ridge. The houses present a symmetrical two-window façade and feature six/six-pane sash windows. Each house has a four-panel door with bolection moulding, sheltered by a stone hood supported on shaped brackets at each outer end. The buildings follow a double-depth plan. The interior has not been inspected.
