Description

94 High Street is a small house set back from the road and backing onto Nelson Cottage. It dates from the early to mid-19th century and has 20th-century additions. The house is constructed from coursed limestone rubble, with a rendered left return, and features a 20th-century double Roman tile roof with a brick stack on the right.

The building has a double depth plan and stands two storeys high with a one-window range. It has late 19th-century horned two-over-two pane sash windows in the center, with the first-floor window featuring a balconette. To the left, there is a four-panel door beneath a hood supported by wrought iron scroll brackets. The interior has not been inspected. This house is included in the listing for its group value.
