Description

This is a pair of houses, originally built in the mid-19th century and once a single house with a shop. They are located on the north side of High Street in Weston. The construction utilizes coursed limestone rubble with freestone dressings, and the roof is covered in double-pitched pantiles. The building has a double-depth plan.

The exterior has two storeys and a three-window front. It features rusticated freestone dressings around plate glass sash windows, with those on the first floor set at eaves level. The central window has a small balconette. A 20th-century door is placed centrally, sheltered by a hood supported on shaped brackets. A shopfront has been removed and replaced with a filled-in section. A 20th-century window, matching the others, and a similar door with hood to the left of the original doorway have created a near-symmetrical facade. The interior of the property has not been inspected.
