House attached on left to Belgrave Cottage (qv) on site sloping down to right at corner of Camden Road and Gays Hill. Mid C18. MATERIALS: Painted limestone ashlar, single pitched slate roof with rendered stacks to centre ridge (truncated) and rear gable end. PLAN: Two-unit. EXTERIOR: Two storeys and lower ground floor, single window range. Coped parapet rises over gable ends to front and rear and cornice and ground floor platband span three sides, six/six-pane sash windows with horns. One window to left of first floor is over six-panel door glazed to top with raised and fielded panels to centre in painted stone pedimented doorcase with engaged Tuscan columns, one window to right. Right return is two-window range with delicate balconettes to first and ground floors, to right parapeted canted bay to ground and lower ground floors. To rear single storey lean-to. INTERIOR: Not inspected.
