Description

This is an early 19th-century farmhouse, now a house. It is built of painted render with a slate roof, featuring moulded stacks to the gable ends. The farmhouse has a double-depth plan. The exterior is two storeys high with a six-window front. It has a coped parapet and cornice, and plate glass sash windows to the first floor. The ground floor has a platband to the right of a pair of first-floor windows, and a tall four-light window with overlights and French windows in the centre. A wide, full-height bay with canted corners and four windows was added in the late 19th century to the left. The ground floor of this bay features four tall two-light casement windows with overlights. To the left of the main farmhouse is a two-storey block set back, containing a single window. A single-storey enclosed porch with a returned parapet and entablature is set back to the left, containing a six-panel door and a polychromatic tile floor. The interior was not inspected.
