Description
Park Villa is a two-storey small rectangular villa built with ashlar and topped with a slate roof. It is oriented perpendicularly to the street and features a low-pitched roof with deep eaves. The building has a multi-phased extension at the rear.
The exterior showcases six-over-six sash windows, with two windows off-center on each storey of the roadside elevation. There are also two sash windows on the first floor of the north elevation, situated above a glazed early 20th-century conservatory. Adjacent to this conservatory is a glazed door topped with a coped gable and an ashlar stack. The villa also includes a later square bay framed addition. Notable architectural features include bracketed eaves and a central square ashlar stack with a moulded cornice. At the front, there is a pair of gate piers with semi-circular tops. The interior has not been inspected.
