Description

This house, located adjacent to the left of the Old Brewery, dates from the early 19th century. It is constructed of ashlar stone and features a slate roof that is hidden behind a parapet, along with a moulded cornice and end pilasters. The building has three storeys and originally had two windows with glazing bar sashes; however, the lower parts of these windows are now blocked, and the upper parts have fixed lights. There is also one window in a lower extension to the left. A plat band runs below the first floor windows, and there is a modern door positioned off centre to the left.
