Formerly single house, now in 2 ownerships. Early C18. Squared and coursed rubble, stone dressings and copings, C20 pantile roof. Originally a symmetrical 2 storey, 3 window front with 2-light ovolo mullions and 4 pane sashes. Ground floor windows have hoodmoulds. Central plank door within chamfered architrave beneath wooden lintel. Symmetry altered by insertion of C20 part glazed door to left hand. 1 right hand brick stack.
