Description

Eight Acres is a former single house that has been divided into two houses. It dates from the late 18th century and has minor alterations from the 19th century. The building is cement rendered and features a pantile roof with two gable stacks and one ridge stack. It has a lobby entry T-plan and a four-bay, two-storey front with a dentillated eaves course. The off-centre half-glazed door is flanked on the left by two bordered sash windows and on the right by one similar window. The first floor contains three bordered sash windows, and all openings have segmental heads.
