Description
The Trap House at Manor House is a 17th-century building that has undergone some alterations in the 19th century. It is constructed from coursed limestone rubble, which is partially banded with yellow limestone, and features brick dressings. The roof is made of pantiles and has a steep pitch, with raised stone coped gables that include kneelers. The building has two storeys and a three-bay front. The central entrance consists of a planked door with a segmental head in a brick surround, flanked by single glazing bar casements that also have segmental brick heads. On the first floor, there is a central blank semi-circular opening, with plain sliding sash windows on either side, positioned at the eaves. This building is listed for its group value only.
