Description
Meadow Lea is a house dating from the 18th century, which was refronted in the early 19th century. It features a rendered exterior with stone dressings, copings, and a double Roman tile roof. The building is two storeys high and has three windows. The ground floor is fitted with 8-pane sash windows, while the upper floor has 6-pane sash windows. There is a central porch supported by cast iron columns and topped with a flat wooden entablature. The entrance includes a two-panel 19th-century door with a rectangular fanlight above it. The house has stone stacks at each end. Surrounding the property are cast iron railings that run parallel to the road, featuring a central gate. There is an urn finial on the right-hand gate jamb and another along the railings to the left.
