Description

Cloud Hill Farmhouse is an early 18th-century farmhouse with a 19th-century addition to the rear. The main wing has colourwashed render, while the addition is of rubble construction. The dressings and copings are stone, and the roofing is of pantiles to the 18th-century wing and double Roman tiles to the addition. The farmhouse is two storeys high with three windows. It features 19th-century two-light casements throughout. The central door is raised and fielded panel with a semi-circular hood supported by carved brackets. Brick stacks are located at the ends of the building. The staircase tower and the rear wall of the main wing retain original two-light mullions. Inside, the staircase has turned balusters, a moulded handrail, and carved risers.
