Mid C18 or earlier, southernmost 3 bays (C19 addition in matching materials). Ground floor red brick on sandstone and brick plinth, 1st floor hung with curved tiles, south elevation ground floor chequerwork brick, 1st floor tile hung tiled roof. 2 storeys, 3 windows. Sashes with 12 panes and moulded architraves. Mid C18 doorcase (central to original part) with flat wooden hood on brackets, 6 fielded panelled door and footscraper. Deep wooden moulded cornice.
