Description

This is a house consisting of two distinct builds, with the northernmost two bays dating from the 17th century and a 19th-century extension added to the south, using matching materials. The structure is built with painted brick above a tall plinth of Sussex sandstone. The side elevation is tile hung, while the roof features a combination of tiled upper courses and lower courses of Horsham stone slabs.

The house has a lobby entrance and is two storeys high with three windows. It features modern casement windows with leaded lights. A central doorcase is topped with a flat hood supported by brackets, sheltering a six-panelled door. Decorative features include a moulded cornice and brick bands. A chimney stack rises from the ridge, and there's an external stack to the south. A catslide roof extends to the rear.
