Description

The estate wall of Springfield Park is located along North Parade and is likely contemporary with the house. The wall stands 5 to 6 feet high, stepping up to approximately 10 feet in the middle. It is constructed of stone and features a projecting round-topped coping and plain flat pilasters. The north gatepiers have flat tops that are surmounted by stone pineapples. The wall, along with the stables to the south and The Cottage, forms a cohesive group within the estate.
