Description

This is a small terrace of houses, numbers 1 to 5, located on Brighton Road. Number 1 also turns onto New Street. The houses date from the early to mid-19th century. They are two storeys high, with two windows on each elevation. The construction is painted brick, and the building fronts are slightly curved. The buildings feature a dentilled eaves cornice and tiled roofs. The windows are sash windows with intact glazing bars and segmental heads. Each door has a curved hood. Number 1 has a modern shop front. Numbers 1 to 5 form a group and have group value.
