Description

No. 13 on Brighton Road is an early to mid 19th-century building with a slightly curved front, similar to Nos. 1, 3, and 5. It is two storeys high and features two windows. The exterior is made of painted brick and has a dentilled eaves cornice. The roof is tiled, and the segmental-headed windows are all sashes with intact glazing bars. There is a central blocked doorway leading to No. 13. Nos. 9 to 13 (odd) form a small group.
