Description

Southgrove is a 17th-century building located on the south side of Brighton Road. It features exposed half-timbering on the north wall and stands two storeys tall with three windows. The structure is constructed of red brick with grey headers and has a Horsham slab roof. Moulded red brick chimneys add to its architectural detail, and the casement windows retain their glazing bars.
