Description
This early 19th-century terrace consists of numbers 3 to 15 Swan Bank. The buildings are constructed of red brick and extend over two and three storeys, featuring 14 sash windows. Most windows have flat brick arches and stone sills. Number 15 is an exception, with windows lacking glazing bars. Number 7 has slightly projecting bays containing a single window on each side, and its rear elevation, facing Little Street, has a heavily rusticated stone ground storey with a segmental arched doorway. Numbers 11 and 13 have moulded brick eaves, while the others have plain wooden eaves; all are covered with slate roofs. The returned side of number 3 has a stone plinth, two sash windows, and a wooden doorcase with an arched reveal containing a radial fanlight and a four-panelled door. Numbers 3 to 15, Swan Bank, are designated as a group value with numbers 2 and 4 Duke Street and number Little Street.
