Description
No. 13 and the outbuildings to the south are early 19th-century structures located on the west side of South Pallant. The building is two storeys high with an attic and features a steeply pitched red tiled roof that has a hip at the southern end, connecting to the adjoining outhouse. At the northern end, there is a tall shallow brick stack, and a dormer window with a flat roof. The exterior is made of painted brick and consists of one window bay. The sash windows have square heads with intact glazing bars, and the window below is slightly segmental arched. The door at the southern end has six flush panels, panelled reveals, and a moulded frame with a rustic-style pediment hood supported by plain brackets. To the south of the house, there is an outbuilding with a tiled gabled roof, its gable end facing the street. The outbuilding is tile-hung above and rendered below, featuring a painted blocked opening in the centre above and large modern wooden boarded doors below.
