EASTGATE SQUARE 1. 972 No 16 SU 8604 NW 4/309 II GV 2. C18. 3 storeys, 2 windows; lower elevation than No 15. Stuccoed. Tiled hipped roof; small cornice with modillions below eaves. Large advertise- ment panel (without advertisement) between 1st and 2nd floor windows; sash windows with flush boxes in flat arches; glazing bars intact on 2nd floor only. 3 light shop window on ground floor with advertisement and dentilled cornice over. Door up steps in reveals. Doorway to No 17 to west of this.
