Description

This is an early 19th-century terraced cottage located in Orchard Place. It is constructed of nodular flint with brick dressings and chimneys, and has a pitched slate roof. The building is two storeys high, featuring a brick modillion eaves cornice. A double-hung sash window with glazing bars is present on the first floor, while a picture window occupies the ground floor. A single attic dormer is visible, with a gable and a casement window. Nos. 1 to 25 Orchard Place form a group.
