Description

This early 19th-century building on River Road is a three-story structure with a basement, originally featuring two windows. It is faced with cement rendering and has a cornice and parapet. The windows are sash windows with glazing bars, wider on the ground and first floors, with the exception of the altered window on the left side of the first floor. A porch with Doric columns and an entablature containing a segmental arch provides access via a panelled door, the upper two panels of which are glazed, with panelled reveals.
