Description

This is an early 19th-century building on St James's Street. It is three storeys high with a basement and is constructed of brown brick. The roof is hipped and tiled, with a decorative coping along the edges. The building features three original sash windows with intact glazing bars and wooden sills. A plinth runs along the base. The ground floor has a prominent open pedimented door surround, incorporating fluted, stylized pilasters and a semicircular fanlight above a six-panelled door. A footscraper is also present.
