Description
The White Horse Inn is a late 18th century to early 19th century building located on Woolcomber Street. It is two storeys high with a front elevation that is stuccoed. The roof is tiled and features two hipped dormers with stone coping. The front has three sash windows with verticals only, along with one triple sash window. There is a 19th century bar front on the right side and a central doorcase that includes a fanlight. The building has a plinth, and the side elevation is made of brick, which has a two-storey roughcast extension. The White Horse Inn and the remains of St. James's Church are part of a group.
