Description

Nos 12 and 13 Castle Hill Road are a pair of early to mid-19th century buildings. They are constructed of stock brick with a stuccoed and rusticated base, and have a tiled roof with dropped moulded eaves. The buildings are four storeys high and include a basement. Each building has two sashes with intact glazing bars. Nos 12 and 13 feature two three-light canted bays on the ground floor; the glazing bars are intact on both, but only to No 12. The doorcases are simple, round-headed, and contain six-panelled doors. Nos 9 to 13 form a group.
