Description

Nos 1 and 2 Lauriston Place is a mid-19th century pair of houses. They are three storeys tall with a basement, constructed from stock brick and featuring stone coping. No 1 has four sashes with intact glazing bars, while No 2 has sashes with verticals only. There is a stringcourse between the floors and two simple cambered doorcases. The properties have an area with spear railings. Nos 1 to 11 Lauriston Place form a group.
