Description

A pair of houses dating from 1835. The front and right-hand side are built of yellow brick, while the side elevations incorporate flint with yellow brick lacing courses. The roofs are slate, with a wide eaves cornice. The buildings have an irregular plan, with projecting ends.

A round-headed doorcase features a shell fanlight, reeded and diamond-patterned banding, and a six-panelled door. A ramped handrail is accompanied by spear railings, and the property is approached via two yellow brick piers topped with semi-circular caps.

Number 11 has a projecting two-storey porch and a three-storey portion to the right. The windows have nine panes on the top floor and twelve panes on the lower floors. The door is set within a round-headed doorcase with a fanlight, reeded and diamond-patterned banding, and a six-panelled door. Cast iron spear railings are present.
