Description

Eastbrook Place is a mid-19th century building of three storeys and a basement. It is constructed of stock brick, with the ground floor facing having rusticated stucco. The roof has four cambered dormers and a wide eaves cornice. There are ten sash windows, each with vertical glazing bars. Numbers 2, 4, and 6 have simple recessed doorcases with cornices over, supported on brackets and rectangular fanlights. Numbers 3 and 5 have round-headed doorcases with fielded panelled doors. Numbers 2 to 8 form a group.
