Description

This is an early 19th-century building on South Street in South Molton. It is a two-story structure with rendered walls and a slate roof featuring a moulded eaves cornice. The front has three sash windows with only vertical dividers. The windows are framed by moulded architraves. A canted bay window is centrally placed on the first floor. The central doorcase has pilasters, panelled reveals, a rectangular fanlight, and a six-panelled door.
