Description

Garton House is an early 19th-century house located on Sidmouth Road in Colyton. The building is rendered and features a slate roof with gabled ends. It stands two storeys high and has three bays. The windows are sash style with glazing bars, and the ground floor windows have modern shutters. The central entrance is framed by a doorcase that includes reeded pilasters and an entablature, topped with a hood supported by brackets, leading to a flush panel door.
