Description

Brick House is an 18th-century cottage located on the east side of King Street in Colyton. The building is constructed of red brick with a thatched roof, featuring gabled ends. It is two storeys high, with three bays. The original sash windows have been replaced with modern casements, though the ground floor window openings retain flat, gauged brick arches with keystones. A central doorcase features panelled pilasters, panelled reveals, a moulded hood, and a panelled door. Brick chimney stacks are located at each end of the building.
