Description

57 Kirkby Street is an early 19th-century building of three storeys. It is rendered, with a stone slate roof and an eaves cornice. The front has two windows on each of the two upper floors and a single window on the ground floor. The windows are mostly hung sashes with glazing bars. The front door consists of six fielded panels within a stone surround, leading to a passage entry, and is approached by two steps. Above the door is an ornamented rectangular fanlight.
