Description

The Priory is a building from the 18th century or early 19th century, located on Eaglesfield Street in Maryport. It is two storeys high, with a cement-rendered and painted exterior, topped by a slate roof. The building features a moulded cornice and has four windows, one of which is blocked. The windows have moulded surrounds and are hung sashes with glazing bars, set within reveals. The entrance is adorned with pilasters that have channeled ornament and a moulded cornice, along with a rectangular fanlight above an eight-panel door. Additionally, there is a plain three-centered arch leading to a carriage entrance.
