Description

This is an early 19th-century building located on Crosby Street, and it includes No 45 Kirby Street. The Crosby Street elevation has two windows on each of its two floors, with cornices above the ground-floor windows. The ground floor features a shop front with pilasters of plain wood, similar to those surrounding the door. A fanlight with glazing bars is above the door, which is accessed by three steps with plain iron handrails. A modern window with three lights is present on the front. A basement window and door are situated to the left, and a further basement window is to the right.
