Description
23 Fleming Square is an early to mid 19th century building that stands three storeys tall and is rendered with a Welsh slate roof featuring two small dormers. The building has an eaves cornice and narrow end pilasters. There are three windows across the second and third storeys, with a band at the cills. The two outer windows on the first floor have segmental heads with keystones and stone surrounds that include moulded cornices. The centre window is round-headed, also with a keystone and impost blocks, and has a stone surround topped with a pediment.
On the ground floor, there are two windows with three lights, the central light adorned with a pediment on brackets. The building features a plinth and an iron area guard. To the right, there is a four-panel door with a rectangular fanlight and a stone surround. The central doorway is framed by Doric columns, an entablature, and a cornice, with double doors consisting of six panels set within a moulded entry that has a round-arched head and a round-arched fanlight above.
