Description

1 Fleming Place is an early to mid-19th century building that stands three storeys tall and is rendered. It features narrow end pilasters and a cornice. The façade has two windows on each of the three floors, which are hung sashes with glazing bars. The doorway is flanked by pilasters and has a rectangular fanlight above it. An original stone street sign is also present. The elevation facing Fleming Square includes end pilasters and a cornice, with two windows over two.
