Description

Number 4 Fleming Place is a 19th-century villa featuring a hipped slate roof. The exterior is rendered to resemble stone and is accented with rusticated quoins. It has three windows with marginal glazing bars, which are framed by moulded surrounds that include rusticated keystones and a band at the cills. The ground floor has two canted bays, and there is a stone porch supported by brackets, which features double doors and steps leading up to it. This building is included as part of a group.
