Description

Nos. 16 and 17 on South Street in South Molton are mid-19th century buildings with a roughcast facade and a slate roof, standing two storeys high. The front features five sash windows that have verticals only, including a three-light bay window on the second storey of No. 17. No. 16 is distinguished by a doorcase that has a cornice and panelled reveals, while No. 17 boasts an open pedimented doorcase with brackets, a rectangular fanlight, panelled reveals, and a six-panelled door.
