Description

Nos 6 and 8 High Street are 18th-century buildings that stand two storeys tall with an attic gable end. They are constructed of red brick and feature a tiled roof with a modillion eaves cornice. On the first floor of No 8, there is one sash window with missing glazing bars. The ground floor includes two 3-light canted bay windows. No 8 has a round-headed doorcase with a semi-circular fanlight above a six-panelled door, while No 6 features a doorcase with a flat hood and brackets on its side elevation.
