Description

An early to mid-19th century pair of buildings, numbered 4 and 5 River Road, forming part of a larger group with numbers 7, 8, 10, and 12. The buildings are two storeys high with a basement and feature two windows each. They are constructed of stucco with a slate roof and an overlapping eaves band. The windows are glazing bar sash windows, and there are steps leading to the front doors, which have glazed porches. A Sun Fire Insurance Mark has been transferred to a shed at the rear of number 4.
