Description

This is a mid-19th century stucco building located on River Road. It is in an ‘L’ shape and has two storeys, with one window visible on each of the frontages facing River Road. The windows are glazing bar sashes. A decorative cornice with overlapping bands sits beneath a blocking course. An entrance is located on the west side, featuring wooden Doric columns and an entablature, leading to a panelled door. The building is contiguous with No. 8. Nos. 4, 5, 7, 8, 10 and 12 form a group.
