Description

This is a mid-19th century stucco building located on River Road. It is in an ā€˜L’ shape and has two storeys, with one window visible on each of the frontages facing River Road. The windows are glazing bar sashes. A decorative cornice with overlapping bands sits beneath a blocking course. An entrance is located on the west side, featuring wooden Doric columns and an entablature, leading to a panelled door. The building is contiguous with No. 8. Nos. 4, 5, 7, 8, 10 and 12 form a group.
