Description

28 Watling Street is an early 19th-century building that stands three storeys high with a basement. The exterior features a stone parapet and two sash windows that retain their glazing bars. A stringcourse runs along the building, and there is a cornice with console brackets above each window. The ground floor is rusticated and includes one round-headed window. The entrance is marked by a plain round-headed doorcase.
