Description

This is an early 19th century pair of attached cottages situated on the north side of Upper Bognor Road, built at a right angle to the road and facing east. The cottages are rendered with stucco and have slate, hipped roofs. Each cottage has two casement windows on each floor. Doors are positioned beneath the left-hand windows, and they likely retain original gabled timber porches. Number 67, the south cottage, has a hipped roof bay window on the ground floor and a wooden oriel window on the south side to the upper storey. The cottages are part of a group which also includes numbers 41 to 57 (odd), 55A, and numbers 65 to 71 (odd) along with the surrounding walls.
