Description

No. 71 Upper Bognor Road is a building dating from around 1830. It faces south and is situated behind Nos. 67 and 69. The front is regular and finished in stucco, featuring two spacious, wide-set sash windows with glazing bars, with a small doorway located between them. The roof is hipped and covered with slate. There is a 1½ storey extension to the east and a further one-storey wing, which appears to have been former offices or stables. This building is part of a group that includes Nos. 41 to 57 (odd), No. 55A, and Nos. 65 to 71 (odd), along with all the surrounding walls.
