Description
65 Upper Bognor Road is a later 19th-century estate house that has been carefully designed. It stands two storeys tall and is constructed from knapped flint, featuring brick quoins and dressings. The house has three windows that are connected by vertical brick bands, and the sash windows have cambered heads. The eaves are plain, and it has a slate roof. This building is included for its group value, as it is part of a collection that includes Nos 41 to 57 (odd), No 55A, and Nos 65 to 71 (odd), along with all the surrounding walls.
