65 Upper Bognor Road is a later 19th-century estate house that has been carefully designed. It stands two storeys tall and is constructed from knapped flint, featuring brick quoins and dressings. The house has three windows that are connected by vertical brick bands, and the sash windows have cambered heads. The eaves are plain, and it has a slate roof.
