Description

Clematis Cottage is an early 19th-century building located on Bersted Street in South Berstead. It is two storeys high and has a rendered exterior. The cottage features a symmetrical design with three sash windows that include glazing bars. A modern wooden porch encloses the entrance, which has a door made up of six panels, with the top two being glazed. Clematis Cottage, along with Nan's Cottage, Wall, Hollywood House, and Oddlands House, forms a group of buildings of architectural significance.
