Leslie Cottage is an early 19th-century building of two storeys. It features two widely-spaced sash windows, the left-hand one retaining glazing bars, and a modern central door. The cottage is constructed of painted brick. It is listed for group value in recognition of the significance of the collection of listed buildings on the south side of Bersted Street.
